Branching and Collecting Piping "Bunki-kun" [Branching piping without the need for fittings!]

Is a fitting no longer necessary for branch piping? Direct branching from the main pipe reduces labor hours by about 50% and fluid resistance by about 30%!

Ihara's multi-branch joint, "Bunki-kun," is a branching pipe that does not require joints. While branching using a combination of tees and nipples is a quick method, don't you have concerns like these? 【Disadvantages of Combining Tees and Nipples】 ■ It's difficult to attach in a specific direction ■ If forced to adjust, it leaks ■ Pitch cannot be changed ■ Requires considerable labor for mass production "Bunki-kun" can solve all of these issues! "Bunki-kun" eliminates the need for screwing in tees and nipples! 【Features】 It allows for direct threading into the pipe without connecting joints, using a unique processing technique. ● Easy direction setting and dimensioning ● Free screw size ● Free pitch ● Approximately 30% reduction in fluid resistance ● Lightweight and compact (compared to pipe manifolds) ● Approximately 50% reduction in labor hours Considering the long term, the introduction of "Bunki-kun" will bring many benefits to customers! It has received great acclaim from machine tool manufacturers and wastewater treatment facilities. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
